Who uses this. This connector is used only by its owner, with the owner's own Google accounts. Access is limited to Google accounts the owner has explicitly linked on the server.

What it accesses. With the owner's permission, it reads and organizes email (search, read, label, archive, move to trash, mark as spam), creates drafts, sends mail the owner approves, and manages filters and vacation replies in the owner's linked Gmail accounts.

How the data is used. Email data is used only to carry out the owner's own requests through their AI assistant. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not shared with anyone else, except that content the owner asks the assistant to work with passes to that assistant to fulfil the request.

Storage. Mail stays in Gmail. The server keeps only what it needs to stay signed in: Google access is stored encrypted on the owner's own machine, and session tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. Nothing else is retained.

Removing access. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's security settings (Third-party apps & services), or by unlinking the account on the server, which also revokes it with Google.

Google API Services. This app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
